A doctor assesses all requests for same day appointments based on clinical need. If you think you need a same day appointment/phone call please let us know by 12pm that day if possible.

Staff & Doctors will not be available for routine matters and the surgery door/main phone line will not be open. After this the emergency out of hours service takes over between 6.30 p.m. and 8.00 a.m., weekends, and bank holidays. Phone the out of hours service on 111.
