CHANGES TO HOW YOU ACCESS YOUR TEST RESULTS
You can access your results by calling the Health Centre. Your test results will only be shared once they’ve been reviewed and actioned by a GP. Please allow the following timeframes before calling for your results:
Blood tests, urine tests, swabs, and sputum tests: Allow 7 working days.
X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, and other imaging: Allow 10 working days.
Some results may take longer to process.
Test results are only available from Tuesday to Friday, after 11am.
We are unable to provide results for tests and imaging conducted by the hospital.

URGENT SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS
A doctor assesses all requests for same day appointments based on clinical need. If you think you need a same day appointment/phone call please let us know by 12pm that day if possible.
The fastest way to get an NHS COVID Pass is to apply online for a digital version of the pass.
This lets you securely share your COVID-19 vaccination records and test results. The NHS COVID Pass can be downloaded and printed.
Go straight to the Get your Covid Pass Online page.
If you are unable to access the digital version or do not have photographic ID, you can request a paper certificate. The paper certificate has been designed for international travel, and ONLY provides evidence of full vaccination.
Paper certificates can only be issued if:
Call 0300 303 5667 to request a COVID Pass (please only request this if you are unable to use the digital NHS COVID Pass). Lines are open 7 days a week between 9am and 5pm.
It can take up to 10 working days for a certificate to arrive. No requests can be fast tracked and certificates cannot be collected.
GPs and health boards cannot provide letters showing your COVID-19 status.
