Welsh Government has undertaken improvements to the way enquiries are handled regarding COVID-19 vaccination data and certification for overseas travel.
They have recently extended the COVID-19 Vaccine Certification Service (WVCS) based in Swansea Council.
Members of the public are now able to call or email the service with queries regarding their vaccine record, certification and any inconsistencies or errors which they need to resolve. The extension of the service will provide a significantly greater capacity to answer patient queries than they have had in the past and provide clarity to the public on how questions and queries are resolved.
Although based in Swansea, this service covers the whole of Wales.
